There is a diamond in that rock,

hid deeply, at its core.

Don’t let the surface put you off.

Be patient. Try once more.

Be gentle. Scratch a tiny bit -

a little at a time.

And if you do not find it friend,

don’t worry and don’t whine.

And never doubt that it is there

although its hard to find.
